Experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with ability to balance comprehensive testing with iterative timelines.
Proficient in Salesforce-specific testing including business processes, Flows, validations, permissions, and integrations with APIs and middleware.
Capable of independently analyzing requirements from a QA perspective and driving defect resolution and automation improvements with strong ownership.
