About This Role
- Analyze requirements and user stories to identify quality risks, gaps, and clarification needs early in the development lifecycle.
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual and automated test cases, focusing on Salesforce applications, integrations, and enterprise systems using Copado Robotic Testing.
- Lead testing efforts including functional, integration, regression, data migration, and API validations while collaborating in Agile teams to improve QA processes and coverage.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
- At least 3 years experience testing Salesforce platform applications on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Copado Robotic Testing or similar test automation tools and performing data migration/validation testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with ability to balance comprehensive testing with iterative timelines.
- Proficient in Salesforce-specific testing including business processes, Flows, validations, permissions, and integrations with APIs and middleware.
- Capable of independently analyzing requirements from a QA perspective and driving defect resolution and automation improvements with strong ownership.
