About This Role
- Design and implement hybrid testing strategies blending manual and automation for comprehensive test coverage and quality validation.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and reusable libraries primarily using Selenium, Java, and MS SQL.
- Lead test planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in QA/testing.
- Mandatory skills: API Testing, GUI Testing, Test Case Creation & Execution, Test Reporting & Risk Management, Selenium, Java, MS SQL.
- Work location: Noida, India.
- Experience with test management tools such as QTest, QC, and JIRA explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable hybrid test automation frameworks and capable of driving automation adoption and improving regression coverage.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of API and GUI testing with proficiency in Java-based Selenium automation setups.
- Able to analyze complex requirements for risk and edge cases, lead teams, and collaborate with stakeholders for end-to-end quality delivery.
