About This Role
- Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure quality and testability, identifying gaps and risks early.
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases, primarily using Copado Robotic Testing for Salesforce and related enterprise applications.
- Perform comprehensive testing including functional, integration, regression, data migration, and API integrations involving Salesforce and connected systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance; at least 3 years testing Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud applications.
- Minimum 2 years experience with test automation tools, specifically Copado Robotic Testing or similar, and data migration/validation testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with functional, integration, and regression testing expertise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Salesforce platform testing with strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configurations such as Flows, validation rules, profiles, and record types.
- Skilled in designing reusable automation frameworks and improving test automation coverage in enterprise cloud environments.
- Familiar with Agile ceremonies and collaborative QA processes involving cross-functional teams and DevOps practices including Jira and version control.
