About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical implementation of the Investment Management Solution application across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
- Translate client business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions ensuring solution quality, system stability, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, and global teams to ensure successful delivery, go-live readiness, and client ownership transition.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology solutions delivering investment management or capital markets systems.
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in C#, Core Java, SQL Server, batch jobs, ETL basics, observability, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Experience with system integration, data processing, reporting & analytics, and cloud-based implementations in investment or capital markets environments.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record delivering complex Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management system implementations in consulting firms or financial software providers.
- Strong capital markets domain knowledge including equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and investment/wealth management workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations with technical depth in application development and integration.
