About This Role
- Lead and execute end-to-end technical implementation of Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) across Front, Middle, and Back Office workflows.
- Design, configure, develop, and integrate CRIMS components ensuring solutions are stable, scalable, production-ready, and meet engineering and client standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, architects, and global teams to support go-live readiness and transition to client ownership while mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12-18 years of relevant professional experience delivering financial technology solutions, preferably within consulting or financial software firms.
- Hands-on technical expertise in C#, Core Java, SQL Server, batch jobs, ETL tools (Pentaho Kettle or Talend), and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
- Strong domain knowledge in capital markets including equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and investment/wealth management workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in delivering complex Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management system implementations in capital markets.
- Strong technical depth combined with ability to manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliver client-facing solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based implementations and integration of market data (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI) and industry interfaces (FIX, SWIFT).
