Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, architects, and global teams to support go-live readiness and transition to client ownership while mentoring junior team members.
Minimum 12-18 years of relevant professional experience delivering financial technology solutions, preferably within consulting or financial software firms.
Hands-on technical expertise in C#, Core Java, SQL Server, batch jobs, ETL tools (Pentaho Kettle or Talend), and cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS).
Strong domain knowledge in capital markets including equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and investment/wealth management workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
Proven track record in delivering complex Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management system implementations in capital markets.
Strong technical depth combined with ability to manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, and deliver client-facing solutions.
Experience with cloud-based implementations and integration of market data (e.g., Bloomberg, MSCI) and industry interfaces (FIX, SWIFT).
