Senior Functional Consultant

Serve as subject-matter expert and functional lead for implementation and upgrade projects of Investment Management Solutions, ensuring configuration, testing, and client readiness for go-live.

Analyze and translate client business and technical requirements into scalable solutions, providing guidance on workflows such as OMS, Compliance, IBOR, Trading, FIX, and Reporting.

Lead complex design discussions, mentor junior consultants, maintain best practices, and influence product roadmap through client-driven feedback.

12+ years of experience implementing financial or investment management solutions, preferably with asset managers, custodian banks, hedge funds, or wealth management firms.

Foundational knowledge in equity/fixed income instruments and investment/wealth management workflows; experience with order management and compliance solutions preferred.

Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematical Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% including regional and global client sites; ability to work effectively remotely and in distributed teams.

Deep functional expertise and leadership in one or more investment management domains within Investment Management Solutions and Technology, with ability to connect technology choices to investment, risk, and operational outcomes.

Experienced consultant skilled in managing multiple complex projects and stakeholder communications, operating effectively at senior client engagement levels.

Proven ability to drive functional leadership through influence while mentoring peers and contributing to capability building across projects.
