About This Role
- Source and manage Loan Against Property (LAP) customers to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual disbursement targets.
- Drive LAP sales through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and property consultants within assigned territory, ensuring healthy lead-to-disbursement conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies while maintaining portfolio quality and supporting collections when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 1 to 5 years of sales experience in LAP, mortgage loans, business banking, home loans, SME lending, or secured lending sales; freshers may be considered for junior roles.
- Proficient in LAP product knowledge, property valuation, legal and technical checks, and banking systems including MS Excel and CRM.
- Location requirement: Jaipur or assigned territory for extensive field sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has demonstrated success in sourcing LAP customers and achieving LAP disbursement targets through strong local market networks.
- Possesses an extensive network including CA firms, builders, brokers, DSAs, and SME customers in Jaipur and surrounding areas.
- Experienced in conducting regular field sales activities with a deep understanding of the Jaipur market and business landscape.
