Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management tools; hands-on experience with ConOps, TOM, technology roadmaps, process frameworks, and consulting deliverables.
Experienced in consulting or digital transformation programs involving government or multi-agency environments, preferably with international exposure.
Comfortable working at the intersection of technology strategy, public safety operations, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Able to handle strategic problem-solving, senior stakeholder engagement, and managing complex transformation initiatives involving emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud-native command centers, and digital twins.
