About This Role
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated and subsidiary financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) including tie-outs and supporting documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, regulatory capital monitoring, and prepare reports for regulatory bodies domestically and internationally.
- Support audits, tax analyses, management reporting packages, and assist with special projects from CFO and other business units.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, STAT, and IFRS accounting standards.
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP system; advanced Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial statement preparation and external audit support, preferably in financial services industry.
- Skilled in regulatory capital calculations and multi-entity accounting and reporting.
- Able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and collaborate across corporate accounting, finance, compliance, tax, and legal teams.
