At least 4 years experience with ServiceNow IRM, including functional testing expertise and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Bugzilla.
Bachelor's degree required (BTech or MBA) with 4 to 6 years total relevant experience.
Experienced in agile testing methodologies with proven leadership in managing GRC-focused test teams within ServiceNow IRM domain.
Strong technical background in ServiceNow IRM testing tools and related automation toolsets (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration.
Prior exposure to financial services or large global institutions and familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks enhances candidacy.
