About This Role
- Lead and manage testing efforts specifically for ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and associated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools within the advisory risk domain.
- Design, execute, and oversee end-to-end test plans, strategies, and scenarios for GRC program, ensuring coverage for risk events, compliance management, and risk profile reporting.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on functional and regression testing, including impact analysis, UAT support, and recommendations to improve automation and DevOps integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on experience in GRC domain including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management.
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience managing GRC program teams.
- At least 4 years experience with ServiceNow IRM, including functional testing expertise and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Bugzilla.
- Bachelor's degree required (BTech or MBA) with 4 to 6 years total relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile testing methodologies with proven leadership in managing GRC-focused test teams within ServiceNow IRM domain.
- Strong technical background in ServiceNow IRM testing tools and related automation toolsets (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Prior exposure to financial services or large global institutions and familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks enhances candidacy.
