Tier-1 fintech brand, mid-level generalist analytics role, metro location, and broad skillset requirements increase competition.
Role requires payments/UPI domain knowledge and regulatory reporting experience, limiting cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 7–9 years, mandatory fintech/product analytics, SQL and experimentation skills make filters strict.
Own end-to-end analytics for one or more UPI product surfaces, including metric definition, instrumentation, and insight generation tied to key UPI funnel stages.
Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights on consumer behavior, platform reliability, and growth through funnel analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling related to large-scale UPI transaction data.
Design, implement, and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that support UPI product decisions, regulatory reporting, and platform readiness for high-volume events.
7–9 years of experience in analytics or data roles, with mandatory focus on consumer-facing products or fintech; payments or UPI experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase); working knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests with strong understanding of experimental methodology.
Experience managing or mentoring analytics teams with ability to review and improve analytical quality.
Experienced in handling large-scale transaction or payment data systems, especially within UPI or NPCI-regulated environments.
Skilled at translating complex, ambiguous business questions into structured, decision-oriented analysis and insights.
Capable of combining quantitative and qualitative data to produce narratives that influence product roadmap and strategic growth decisions.
