Certification in process improvement or quality methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, EFQM Assessor, or PMP) preferred.
Experienced in managing governance frameworks and quality management systems in large multi-business unit organizations.
Strong track record in driving process improvement and certifications like ISO and EFQM with measurable impact on operational efficiencies.
Technically adept with process modelling tools like ARIS and practical application of GenAI in business excellence contexts.
