About This Role
- Maintain and improve DAMAC’s governance framework, policies, DoA, QMS, and process documentation.
- Drive business and process improvement initiatives including ISO/EFQM certifications and awards programs, ensuring operational efficiencies and sustained improvements.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, conduct gap and maturity assessments, and support change management across Business Units with a focus on process standardization and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA/postgraduate is advantageous.
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Excellence, QMS, governance, or business process improvement in a large multi-BU organization.
- Proven experience with process modelling/BPM tools (e.g., ARIS) and prior exposure to ISO certification, EFQM, or equivalent excellence models.
- Certification in process improvement or quality methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, EFQM Assessor, or PMP) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing governance frameworks and quality management systems in large multi-business unit organizations.
- Strong track record in driving process improvement and certifications like ISO and EFQM with measurable impact on operational efficiencies.
- Technically adept with process modelling tools like ARIS and practical application of GenAI in business excellence contexts.
