About This Role
- Design, build, test, and ship scalable full-stack frontend and backend applications serving healthcare customers.
- Own end-to-end feature development lifecycle including problem understanding, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Apply AI-assisted software development tools and AI-native engineering practices throughout the software lifecycle to improve quality and speed.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience with strong ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and ReactJS or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Solid backend development experience in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar with production-grade service building skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as a coding partner and understanding of AI-native development practices (AIDLC).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with a strong system-thinking mindset and ability to understand impact of work on broader systems and customers.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, proactively drives solutions, and deeply integrates AI-assisted development into engineering workflow.
- Background or interest in AI-powered applications and integrating AI capabilities into production software preferred but not mandatory.
