About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and operate high scale applications across the full engineering stack using modern practices like serverless computing, microservices, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Lead integration of systems with internal platforms such as Data Fabric and CSA Toolset, and actively participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Own project priorities, deadlines and deliverables; troubleshoot and resolve product or system issues impacting network or service operations; collaborate on scalability challenges and participate fully in Agile team ceremonies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years as a Technical Lead in Java.
- 6+ years writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 3+ years experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code concepts (e.g., Helm Charts), and good experience with GCP cloud technologies including GCP SDKs and GKE/Kubernetes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and providing technical leadership for cloud-native solutions, ideally with 3+ years in this area.
- Strong familiarity with microservices architecture and the associated technology stack (Java, SpringBoot, Kubernetes).
- Capable of working in a globally distributed Agile engineering team and comfortable managing end-to-end project delivery and cross-team integration.
