About This Role
- Own and lead multiple concurrent software implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope.
- Establish, standardize, and mentor the implementation management discipline, including creating scalable processes and training junior personnel.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, client-service) and manage risks, scope, client expectations, and project documentation for client implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, relevant experience in software or SaaS implementation, technology consulting, or technology project management with external client implementations.
- Strong English communication skills suitable for professional interaction with North American clients.
- Technical literacy to understand implementation constraints and communicate with technical personnel.
- Must provide meaningful working-hour overlap with Alberta Time (UTC-6) for client coordination.

- Experienced leader in software/SaaS client implementation with proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and build repeatable delivery capabilities.
- Skilled in business process mapping, requirements discovery, and translating workflows into actionable implementation plans.
