Experienced implementation project leader who can independently own end-to-end delivery and build scalable project management practices from scratch.
Comfortable assessing and improving existing processes, mentoring junior staff, and decentralizing knowledge to reduce reliance on a single individual.
Technical literacy sufficient to collaborate effectively with technical teams and distinguish between technical, planning, and execution problems impacting project delivery.
