About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, backlog, and merchant feedback for a portfolio of Shopify apps.
- Manage app support, user reviews, merchant communication, and product specifications for development and releases.
- Monitor app metrics like performance, installs, churn, and errors; oversee app store listings optimization and coordinate product launches and marketing.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Business Analysis, Founder's Office, Support, or similar roles with ownership responsibility.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in relevant product or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Location: On-site (Noida or Bengaluru).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SaaS or ecommerce products, preferably with exposure to Shopify ecosystem (Shopify experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and handling merchant interactions in an international context.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills demonstrated through ownership of product roadmaps and operational metrics.
