About This Role
- Design and improve algorithms for AI-based plant control software focusing on non-linear data models and optimization.
- Lead core controller development prioritizing robustness, optimizer performance, and scalability for global deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to implement AI-driven control and optimization strategies and support end-to-end workflows from model training to continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, optimization, and software development.
- Proficient in Python and experienced in production-grade ML solution development, deployment, and operation.
- On-site work location in Bangalore, India.

- Experienced in industrial AI applications, including surrogate modeling, optimization, and model predictive control.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with process engineers, developers, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and structured problem-solving approach for complex ML, optimization, and process control challenges.
