Strong engineering and architectural background with 10+ years hands-on development (Java/J2EE, .NET, Microservices, REST APIs) plus 5+ years managing PCI/PII DSS compliant platforms, plus 5+ years experience with GitHub, Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD automation; AWS, Kafka, Terraform experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced senior engineering manager capable of handling complex multi-function teams and global stakeholders in technology modernization and software delivery.
Deep technical expertise in architecture and deployment of large-scale distributed systems with PCI/PII compliance in fintech or payments domain is a strong advantage.
Operational leader familiar with Agile methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) and skilled in balancing engineering delivery, risk management, and team development.
