About This Role
- Lead and manage the Centre of Excellence for English & Exams FP&A, ensuring data quality, financial reconciliation, and governance across multiple markets.
- Drive standardisation and optimisation of financial processes including reporting, forecasting and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Coach and develop a team of insights analysts while overseeing key audits, compliance and financial control frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant experience in financial data analysis, FP&A, or management accounting, including data quality and reconciliation leadership.
- Proficient in Anaplan or similar Enterprise Performance Management platforms; experience with SAP or similar ERP is desirable but not mandatory.
- Work experience with complex financial datasets across multiple markets or countries in a matrix organisational context.
- Location requirement: Based in Noida, India with legal right to work; Work Experience Required: Significant experience as described.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in financial planning and analysis with a strong track record in managing standardized financial processes across regions or business units.
- Strong data literacy including Power BI, financial modelling, forecasting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior execs.
- Operates well in matrix/multi-stakeholder environments and can lead a small team to deliver financial planning and reporting excellence under tight deadlines.
