Drive process optimization, implement error-handling and security frameworks, innovate with new platforms such as Workday Extend and cloud integration tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, EE, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
6+ years of expert-level, current hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
Work location: Hybrid role based in Bangalore, India.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Extend, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven capability in end-to-end integration lifecycle including design, deployment, monitoring, and security of Workday integrations with HR and financial systems.
Strong background in complex data mapping and transformation using XSLT, XPath, Groovy, with experience in custom Workday Extend apps and advanced reporting.
Experience managing integration security (ISUs, security groups, OAuth 2.0, certificates), automated error handling, and version control (Git) in a hybrid work environment.
