Working knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems including processes, services, and log analysis.
Willingness and ability to work rotational 24x7 shift model including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experienced in first response incident lifecycle with strong triage and severity classification skills in fast-paced, alert-driven environments.
Familiar with monitoring/observability tools, ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, PagerDuty), and maintaining operational documentation with clean escalation handoffs.
Comfortable working in large-scale global cloud infrastructure environment with knowledge of compute, storage, virtualization (VMs, hypervisors) and incident management fundamentals.
