About This Role
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation, and optimisation of global FP&A processes across regions and business units.
- Lead process improvement initiatives including change control, stakeholder communication, and embedding new/updated practices into BAU.
- Manage and develop a Senior Analyst, facilitate workshops, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver effective process solutions supporting FP&A transformation goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated expertise in end-to-end process optimisation and managing process standards.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Legal right to work in the role location; written and verbal proficiency in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial concepts related to P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and driver-based forecasting with FP&A or finance consulting background.
- Skilled at collaborating across multiple teams including Business Decision Support, FP&A Product Development, and CoE teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Strong operational focus on process standards, documentation (SOPs, RACI), governance, and performance measurement within global finance functions.
