About This Role
- Own end-to-end daily e-commerce operations including order processing, fulfilment, inventory management, returns, and customer care for multi-channel sales (store and marketplaces).
- Maintain operational SLAs such as order processing time (<4 hours), COD confirmation rate (>80% within 2 hours), RTO rate (<10%), and return closure within 5–7 days.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, automate repetitive tasks, and coordinate office and vendor logistics to support scaling order volumes from 50-100 to 200+ orders daily.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, supply chain coordination, or front-line customer service.
- Proficient with Shopify admin, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday in Bangalore (onsite work in office and warehouse).
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years as specified in JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working hands-on with multi-platform e-commerce dashboards and inventory management in a fast-scaling environment.
- Process-oriented with demonstrated ability to follow and improve detailed SOPs while owning end-to-end operational outcomes.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency in a data-driven, AI-native team.
