About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI platforms (Voice/Chat) ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead design, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered chatbot and voice bot solutions using cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, Terraform, and Shift-Left practices.
- Mentor and develop engineering team; manage stakeholder communications and align technology execution with business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in technical or people leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, and Google ADK for Conversational AI development.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, cloud-native architectures, and programming in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in delivering complex enterprise Conversational AI applications integrating with CCaaS platforms.
- Strong Agile delivery expertise with ability to manage priorities, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Technically proficient in AI adoption including Responsible AI and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) with familiarity in LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
