Build and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, and automated reports for Collections, Payments, Customer Onboarding, Risk, and Finance teams.
Own data quality by auditing, reconciling, and escalating data issues across multiple platforms including Zoho CRM and payment gateways.
Collaborate with Engineering to optimize data pipelines, improve data infrastructure, and support analytics for operational decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or business intelligence.
Strong expertise in SQL with ability to write complex queries and optimize performance using relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar).
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Data Studio, Power BI, or equivalent.
Experience in data validation including identifying data quality issues, audits, and reconciliation across systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in fintech, payments, lending, collections, or alternatively strong domain knowledge in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or operations analytics involving complex financial workflows.
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable analyses and develop clear, impactful data storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Python or R and data warehousing tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) or APIs is a plus, especially with background in risk analytics or credit assessment.
