About This Role
- Lead infrastructure engineering projects or workstreams to design, develop, troubleshoot, and modernize infrastructure technologies and processes.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI tools for infrastructure analysis, design documentation, and issue remediation, ensuring data sensitivity, security, and auditability.
- Consider cross-system data implications and advocate mitigation actions aligned with resilience and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in infrastructure engineering concepts.
- Experience with enterprise-level deployment and management of Microsoft Communication and Collaboration products in hybrid environments, including Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, and Identity Management.
- Proficient in one infrastructure technology area plus scripting languages; knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure and multi-cloud environments.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation and security awareness.
