About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Conversational AI Platforms (voice and chat) with focus on Agile execution, quality, and operational excellence.
- Lead design and implementation of AI-powered chatbot and voice bot solutions using Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, and related AI technologies.
- Mentor engineering teams, manage stakeholder alignment, and drive AI adoption including Responsible AI practices and integration with CCaaS platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in technical or people leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, building chatbots/voice bots, and integrating AI with CCaaS platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, cloud-native architectures, and proficiency in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript.
