About This Role
- Lead data governance efforts including reporting governance, metric standardization, and data quality management at enterprise scale.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives such as trend analysis, predictive modeling, and insightful storytelling to influence business decisions.
- Develop and implement AI-powered analytics solutions including generative AI applications, conversational AI, and responsible AI practices to enhance reporting and insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years experience developing executive-level reporting and decision-support solutions.
- Proficient in Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Python; experience with large, complex datasets and building reporting governance frameworks; experienced in leveraging AI and machine learning in analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of defining and enforcing data governance and quality standards across large enterprises.
- Proven track record in translating advanced analytics and AI techniques into business-impacting insights and reporting solutions targeting senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms and tools such as ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake is preferred but not mandatory.
