About This Role
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of MPLS and related network services in Enterprise B2B segment ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
- Engage with customers to address dependencies, provide regular status updates, and ensure adherence to signed scope of work.
- Drive service delivery enhancements aimed at improving customer experience and maximizing revenue through faster deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Routing, Switching, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Active CCNA or CCNP certification with hands-on SD-WAN experience mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in B.E / B.Tech / BCA / BSc(IT) / MCA / MSc(IT).
- Experience in Network B2B project management including L2/L3 network management and vendor management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level professional with deep troubleshooting and problem resolution skills in routing, switching, SD-WAN, firewalls, and IPS.
- Experienced in managing complex enterprise network projects with multiple stakeholders including customers and third-party vendors.
- Operates effectively in client-facing roles requiring proactive communication, escalation management, and detailed project tracking.
