Maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems including computers, printers, servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, CCTV, PBX, IPTV, and access control to ensure uninterrupted hotel operations.
Provide day-to-day technical support across hotel departments and manage hotel-specific applications like Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), HRMS, and accounting systems.
Monitor and maintain the hotel network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet) and ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented, including antivirus and firewall management.
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hotel, resort, or hospitality environments.
Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems, LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, switches, routers, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
Ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
Experience working directly in hospitality or hotel environments with strong familiarity of hospitality IT systems and operations.
Competent in managing multi-department IT support with operational responsibility for minimizing downtime and maintaining critical systems availability during business hours.
Comfortable working shift schedules and handling emergency IT issues, with good communication skills to interface with hotel departments and external vendors.
