About This Role
- Lead end-to-end sales coordination including order processing, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Manage communication and coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Service teams to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee dispatch and logistics documentation and reporting, and drive process improvements and team training in ERP systems (BS 365 ERP / Rattus).
Minimum Requirements
- 2–6 years experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations, preferably in Manufacturing or Engineering (Copper/Aluminium wires, cables, conductors, or similar).
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in BS 365 ERP / Rattus Software or equivalent, and advanced MS Office skills.
- Work Experience Required: 2–6 years in relevant sales coordination or operations role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry sales coordination focusing on technical products like wires or cables.
- Strong operational ownership demonstrated via handling end-to-end order to dispatch lifecycle and cross-team coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (BS 365 / Rattus) and capability to manage process improvements and lead a small team.
