About This Role
- Own and drive end-to-end website strategy for 50+ Angular websites and a mission-critical Agent Portal within the digital portfolio, focusing on architecture, engineering standards, and AI-augmented delivery.
- Lead monorepo architecture using Nx, defining standards for Angular libraries, CMS integrations, deployment pipelines, and .NET middleware for scalable, secure API backend services.
- Build and nurture a high-performing web engineering chapter, establish engineering excellence in code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance, and mentor engineers in architectural and design best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in web/software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or chapter lead role.
- Expert-level experience in Angular (latest LTS) in enterprise multi-site environments and hands-on experience with .NET middleware (ASP.NET Core) serving Angular frontends.
- Practical experience with Nx monorepo tooling and integrating AI tools (Claude) into engineering workflows.
- Recognized technical degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale multi-site portfolios (30+ sites) with strong platform-thinking and cross-functional stakeholder alignment skills.
- Demonstrated ability architecting scalable multi-repository web architectures with expertise in Angular and .NET middleware, including SEO, performance, and security considerations.
- Proven track record leading AI-augmented web development initiatives and building engineering standards and best practices at scale in enterprise environments.
