About This Role
- Drive growth in distribution and market share for QR & Soundbox products in the assigned geographic area.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor sales teams to achieve deployment and sales targets.
- Plan territory coverage for Assistant Sales Managers and monitor quality and audit sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2C markets.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Experience in quota-driven sales with strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the specified area.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in coaching and mentoring sales professionals.
- Comfortable with ownership, navigating ambiguity, and working in fast-growing, large team environments.
