About This Role
- Own and execute the Mumbai workplace strategy ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local standards to deliver a safe and efficient employee experience.
- Manage service delivery, budgets, vendor relationships, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives for the Mumbai site, ensuring consistent achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and operational targets.
- Lead a diverse team and oversee cross-functional projects, including governance and delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realization.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-18 years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in independent accountability for a complex site or comparable operation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience mandatory; facilities management, hospitality, real estate, or business education preferred.
- Proven experience in client service, budget ownership, supplier management, risk & compliance, and cross-functional project delivery.
- Facilities Management Professional certification or equivalent credential preferred.
