About This Role
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across APAC markets.
- Analyze financial results including P&L performance and variance analysis to provide insights to senior management and regional leadership.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; strong analytical skills essential.
- Fluency in English; location requirement: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting FP&A activities specifically for APAC region or markets.
- Background in MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.
- Comfortable in multinational, shared services, or matrixed environments with exposure to ERP and planning tools like SAP, Anaplan, TM1, or BRAVO.
