Experienced in managing soft services operations on-site with strong vendor and contract management skills in facilities management environment.
Ability to operate under defined SLAs and KPIs while effectively resolving client and occupant issues and sustaining service quality.
Comfortable handling administrative duties, financial tracking, and health & safety compliance in a multi-stakeholder environment.
