About This Role
- Own analysis, definition, and documentation of business and technical requirements for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) systems and processes.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize hardware asset lifecycle, data integrity, automation, and reporting across enterprise platforms.
- Support compliance, governance, audit activities, and provide HAM subject matter expertise to stakeholders globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), or asset lifecycle management within large enterprises.
- 1+ year experience with productivity or AI-driven tools for data analysis and workflow optimization.
- Hands-on experience with HAM platforms such as ServiceNow HAM, Flexera, or BMC Remedy and procurement systems like SAP Ariba.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and dashboard creation.

- Experienced in managing large, complex datasets for identifying trends, compliance risks, and process improvements in hardware asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver scalable asset management solutions.
