Strong troubleshooting experience with SS7, LTE, VoLTE, 5G technologies, and various roaming/core network components such as SMS/SMPP, GTP, HSS, STP, PGW, SGW, OCS, DRS, VAS.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experienced in managing business-critical international roaming operations with minimal customer impact operating in 24x7 support environments.
Proficient in complex network signalling protocols and roaming ecosystems with a solid understanding of roaming platforms interworking with core networks.
Capability to independently perform structured troubleshooting and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents while identifying automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
