About This Role
- Provide 24x7 first-line support for Vodafone’s international roaming services including alarm monitoring, incident, and fault management to ensure high service availability.
- Perform technical triage and coordinate with resolver teams for incident lifecycle management across roaming platforms and core network domains including SS7, LTE Signalling, VoLTE, 5G, CAMEL, and VAS.
- Analyze network quality and KPI trends, investigate customer complaints, support service restoration, and drive operational improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering graduate in telecommunications or network engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in roaming technologies and international roaming operations.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with SS7, LTE, VoLTE, 5G technologies, and various roaming/core network components such as SMS/SMPP, GTP, HSS, STP, PGW, SGW, OCS, DRS, VAS.
- Excellent English communication skills.

- Experienced in managing business-critical international roaming operations with minimal customer impact operating in 24x7 support environments.
- Proficient in complex network signalling protocols and roaming ecosystems with a solid understanding of roaming platforms interworking with core networks.
- Capability to independently perform structured troubleshooting and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve incidents while identifying automation opportunities for operational efficiency.
