About This Role
- Provide 24x7 first line support for Vodafone's International Roaming Platform including alarm monitoring, incident and fault management, and first-level triage.
- Support roaming services such as SS7 signalling, LTE/5G signalling, VoLTE, CAMEL, and value-added services (SoR, VHE, WRSMS) to ensure reliable connectivity.
- Analyze network KPIs, investigate quality issues, coordinate with resolver teams, and contribute to process automation and improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in roaming technologies or telecom core network operations.
- Engineering graduate degree mandatory.
- Technical expertise in core network technologies: SS7, SMS/SMPP, LTE; and platforms: STP, DRA/DEA.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in international roaming and core telecom network operations with knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/VoLTE integration.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills demonstrated by ownership of incident triage and KPI analysis.
- Operational mindset with experience in incident management and cross-functional coordination within telecom network environments.
