About This Role
- Lead and coordinate a team of 5–6 product designers, managing day-to-day work allocation and project progress.
- Serve as primary design partner for Engineering and Product leads, resolving blockers and maintaining team health.
- Oversee design operations, process improvements, career growth plans, performance reviews, and hiring for the design team.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience including 2+ years managing design teams.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS design with strong interaction design and UX skills.
- Proven people management capabilities, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing mid-sized design teams focused on B2B enterprise SaaS products.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver projects.
- Demonstrated ability to improve design processes, including adoption and scaling of AI tools and design systems.
