About This Role
- Lead APAC Workplace Experience team across 9 countries and 16 offices, managing workplace experience, facilities, real estate, health & safety, and sustainability.
- Advise regional executives and functional partners to create engaging and productive office environments supporting hybrid work models.
- Oversee strategic workplace projects, budget management (OpEx and CapEx), vendor relationships, and compliance to deliver optimized and cost-effective workplace services.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing workplaces, corporate real estate, facilities, projects, health and safety in multinational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate real estate or equivalent experience.
- Residence within commutable distance (50 miles) of Bangalore or Kuala Lumpur with availability onsite 3-4 days per week.
- Strong knowledge in facilities/project management, budget control, legal compliance, and vendor management.

- Experienced leader capable of managing large, geographically dispersed teams and building consensus with senior/global stakeholders.
- Skilled in navigating complex, multi-site operations including strategic workplace design, lease, and hybrid working enablement.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong financial acumen, project management skills, and ability to lead large workplace transformation initiatives.
