About This Role
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team of at least 7 Enterprise Account Executives in India, focusing on Enterprise and Commercial segments.
- Drive strategic enterprise sales growth through complex, multi-product SaaS deal cycles and C-level executive engagement.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management using methodologies like MEDDPICC, and conduct quarterly territory and account planning to expand market share.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years management experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales, managing and growing teams of at least 7 Enterprise AEs.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and navigating complex enterprise multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving C-level engagement.
- Hands-on experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and proficiency in sales tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Outreach).
- Must be based in Bangalore or Mumbai with willingness to travel for customer-facing engagements.
