About This Role
- Design and architect ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping for large enterprises.
- Lead platform architecture governance, define standards, and guide implementation teams for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs, coordinating requirements across business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 – 15 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM domain.
- Mandatory certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM; CTA preferred.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform design, enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft/Boomi), and workflow automation (Flow Designer).
- Location: Bengaluru, India; Work Mode: Hybrid.
