About This Role
- Own the technical vision and delivery of AI/ML prompt engineering and model development teams focused on intelligent document processing for KYC/AML.
- Architect complex multi-step AI workflows incorporating human-in-the-loop checkpoints and maintain prompt lifecycle management with versioning, CI/CD, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate across governance, risk, and data engineering to ensure auditable AI systems and drive AI-native development practices amid evolving regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years NLP/AI/ML or computational linguistics experience, including 3+ years leading technical teams with direct reports.
- Hands-on expertise in LLM internals, prompt architecture design/debugging, RAG system design, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Proficiency with Python ML engineering (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex), vector databases, and API development.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant AI/ML domain with leadership experience.

- Experienced leader able to navigate ambiguity, balancing technical trade-offs and communicating across compliance, risk, and business stakeholders.
- Deep domain knowledge or experience in KYC/AML or financial document processing and handling complex AI applications in regulated environments.
- Track record of building scalable, production-grade AI systems with strong evaluation and failure mode management capabilities.
