Marketing Manager

Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple digital channels including Google Shopping, Search, Meta, Pinterest, and emerging platforms to drive scalable customer growth and improve marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, MER, ROAS, and LTV.

Design and scale creator acquisition and marketplace growth programs, collaborating closely with Creator Managers to enhance creator success and merch sales while developing GTM strategies targeting artists and niche communities.

Lead experimentation and analytics related to growth funnels, conversion rate optimization, attribution, customer retention through email/CRM/loyalty systems, and build a high-performing marketing team with cross-functional collaboration.

3+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing within ecommerce, marketplaces, DTC, or creator economy sectors.

Proven expertise in paid acquisition across Google and Meta ecosystems with deep understanding of ecommerce funnel optimization and attribution.

Experience scaling catalog-driven or marketplace businesses with strong analytical capability involving performance data.

Location: Gurugram with Hybrid work setup.

Experienced marketer comfortable owning both strategic growth planning and hands-on execution across diverse digital paid channels and marketplace environments.

Strong background in catalog-driven ecommerce or creator economy marketplaces, with a demonstrated ability to build repeatable acquisition systems and optimize complex customer funnels.

Ability to lead and grow a marketing function cross-functionally in a startup-like environment backed by a global creator-commerce network.
