About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of advanced AI/ML models and solutions to enhance Market Operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML data scientists, ensuring agile practices and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deploy scalable AI/ML architectures and drive execution excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI applications in large-scale production environments with MLOps expertise.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
- Experience managing data science teams; Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving AI/ML strategy within complex market operations environments.
- Strong technical expertise in scalable AI/ML infrastructure and production-grade model deployment.
- Background or familiarity with financial services, especially investment banking operations, is a preferred advantage.
