Experienced in independently resolving standard and complex issues within Blue Yonder ESP and associated supply chain modules with minimal escalation.
Proficient in performing structured root cause analysis and collaborating with technical SMEs while leading customer calls and issue resolution.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving Product Development and consulting teams; familiarity with AI tools and automation in operational processes is a plus.
