About This Role
- Conduct end-to-end operational risk and control environment analysis, identify control gaps, and recommend mitigation solutions.
- Support and execute Risk & Control Self-Assessments across global, regional, and legal entity levels.
- Manage control-related activities including control testing, issue/action plan management, and regulatory change management; support audits and regulatory examinations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience in financial services within controls, operational risk management, audit, quality assurance, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of control and risk management concepts; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AI/transformation or automation tools.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in financial services industry roles related to controls or operational risk.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or knowledge of Treasury and Chief Investment Office functions and products preferred.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Audit teams in a matrixed organization.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to regulatory environments and examinations.
