About This Role
- Ensure program quality and operational success at the block level with close coordination with District Manager, focusing on programmatic outcomes like attendance confirmation and attrition reduction during selection phases.
- Manage CRM updates including call details, lead status, and insights to support tracking and process improvements.
- Collect, verify, and document weekly data from field cadres, maintain Saathi app updates for all Pashu Sakhi, and support sampled surveys and research pilots.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years work experience in telecalling focused on program management or livelihood interventions.
- Experience working with rural communities and collaborating across functions.
- Minimum academic qualification: graduate in any subject.
- Work Experience Required: 1-2 years telecalling in program/livelihood context.

- Experienced in rural livelihood or agricultural intervention environments, comfortable engaging diverse community members.
